Service Rifle .22LR Match

At Gladstone. M.D. Derek

Sunday September 3rd 2017


Sighting from 9.00-9.30am. Match starts 9.30am

For .22LR rifles only.

Tube fed rifles will NOT be allowed on the day due to safety concerns.

Minimum 110 rounds before sighters.

Target is fig 12 at 100 yards.


MATCH 1 APPLICATION

Start Prone unsupported. Loaded ready to fire.

Rounds Fifteen. On command engage target.

Time Two minutes.


MATCH 2 ACTION M

Start Standing with rifle. Action closed, empty chamber, magazine inserted. On command drop prone, fire five rounds, stand up, fire five rounds, sit or kneel, fire five rounds, stand and fire five rounds, prone and fire five rounds.

Rounds Total 25 rounds. You must reload at least once anywhere in the sequence.

Time Semi’s 75 seconds. Bolt’s 90 seconds.


MATCH 3 LE MANS

Start Standing with rifle. Action closed, empty chamber, magazine inserted. Ten rounds. On command drop to prone engage target with ten rounds. Drop rifle, uplift ten round mag from rear of position and re-engage target.

Rounds 20 total

Time 60 seconds


MATCH 4 BARRICADE

Start Standing with rifle. Action closed, empty chamber, magazine inserted. Ten rounds. On command drop prone, fire ten rounds around side of barricade. Kneeling ten rounds over top of barricade. Prone ten rounds opposite side of barricade. All shot strong handed. Body to be concealed behind barricade.

Rounds Total thirty rounds. You must reload at least once anywhere in sequence.

Time Semi’s 75 seconds, Bolt’s 90 seconds.


MATCH 5 SPRAY AND PRAY – 200 yards

Start Prone supported. Ready to fire. On command individually engage the large 200yd plate until it has been hit.

Once each individual has hit the plate, then collectively engage the 200 yd Fig 12 target with your remaining rounds. e.g. If you hit the plate with your first round then you have 19 rounds to engage you Fig 12. If you take five rounds to hit the plate then you have 15 rounds to engage the Fig 12. Scoring is on the Fig 12 only

Rounds 20 total.

Time 2 mins to engage the plate.

2 mins to engage the Fig 12.
